Every effort is made to provide healthy puppies. However, in the rare event that a serious hereditary or congenital condition is identified shortly after purchase:

• A fair solution will be discussed 
• This may include support, partial refund, or replacement puppy, depending on the situation 

All health concerns must be confirmed by a registered veterinarian in South Africa.

It is strongly recommended that your puppy is taken to a licensed veterinarian within 48–72 hours of collection.

• If a minor, treatable issue is identified during this check, guidance or support may be provided where appropriate 
• Routine care remains the responsibility of the new owner 

All puppies leave up-to-date with:

• Vaccinations appropriate for their age 
• Deworming treatments 

A complete vaccination and health record is provided to continue care with your veterinarian.

Ongoing care such as:

• Booster vaccinations 
• Flea and tick prevention 
• Regular health check-ups 

remains the responsibility of the new owner.

Options available include:

• In-person collection (preferred) 
• Assistance with arranging safe pet transport if required 

Trusted pet transport providers may be used to ensure puppies travel safely and comfortably.

While this is not a rescue service, the well-being of every puppy remains important.

• If you are no longer able to keep your puppy, you are encouraged to make contact 
• Advice or assistance may be offered where possible 

In cases of confirmed serious genetic health conditions, each situation will be reviewed individually and appropriate support provided.

New owners are encouraged to:

• Provide a safe, clean, and loving home 
• Maintain regular veterinary care 
• Consider pet insurance available in South Africa to help cover unexpected medical costs 

By purchasing a puppy, you agree that:

• Routine veterinary care is the responsibility of the buyer
